How to shop

How do I place an order ?

 

To place an order, kindly follow the steps 
1. Add the item(s) into your shopping cart
2. Fill in your information requested at the Checkout page
3. Pay for your order to complete the purchase
How do I save items for future purchase ?

You can save your favorite items in your Wishlist. 

Click on the STAR symbol found at the top right corner of the product to add it to your Wishlist. You can delete items whenever you want, using the Remove button. 

To purchase the items in your Wishlist, select the item(s) you wish to add to your cart, and follow the usual steps to complete your purchase.

Are items in my shopping cart reserved ?Unfortunately, they are not. We do not guarantee that items in your shopping cart will remain in stock. We recommend to complete your purchase as soon as you can to secure your items. If any of the items sell out, you will be able to see that information reflected in your shopping cart.
Can I make purchases from my mobile device ?Yes you can. Our site is optimised for browsing on mobile devices on Android and iOS. 
I am not able to checkout. What should I do ?We are sorry to hear that. Please drop us a message here

Order Issues

Can I modify my order, add or remove products after confirmation ? 

Amendments cannot be made once your order is confirmed. 
This includes changing the delivery address or delivery method.

Should you have a critical issue with an order, please drop us a message here. We will try our best to rectify it before it leaves our warehouse. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

Can I cancel my order after confirmation ?If your order has been picked up from our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. You can choose to return the order to us once you receive it for a full refund via the payment method used for purchase.
I'm not sure if my order was successful, what do I do ?

You should receive a confirmation email within half an hour of successfully placing your order. Should you not have received one, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, drop us a message here and we will be happy to check the status of your order and provide you with your order confirmation.

If your order has not been placed, we recommend placing a new order as soon as possible to avoid the disappointment of your items going out-of-stock.

Items are missing from my order, what should I do ?To speed up the process, we request you to have your order number, shipment reference, details of any missing items and any supporting imagery ready when contacting customer service. Please drop us a message here. We will investigate this with the delivery partner to resolve it for you.

Delivery & Shipping Fees

What are the delivery options and when can I receive my order(s) ?

We currently only offer standard local delivery, with estimated delivery timeframe at least 5 working days from order confirmation. Our delivery partners strive to deliver within the stipulated timeframe.

You will receive email updates on the status of your order. These are the stages your order will go through:

1. Confirmation: your order has been placed successfully
2. Shipped: a tracking number will be given for tracking purposes via our partner's tracking platform
3. Delivered: your order has been delivered

If the status of your order has not changed within 3 working days, do not hesitate to contact us here.

Are there any restricted zones in Singapore that you do not deliver to ?We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore.
Can I choose the delivery date and time ?Unfortunately, you cannot choose the delivery date or time. You may get in touch with us here if there are specific delivery requirements after your order is confirmed. While we cannot guarantee that we can meet any specific delivery requirements, we will try our best to accomodate your requests.
What should I do if I am not there to receive my parcel ?After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to our warehouse. We are more than happy to redeliver your order. Additional redelivery fees apply.
How do I change my delivery information ?

Amendments to delivery information cannot be made once your order is confirmed. 

Should you require a critical change to be made to your order, please drop us a message here. We will try our best to rectify it before it leaves our warehouse. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments.

What are the shipping costs ?Shipping is complimentary for orders above S$100. For orders below S$100, a flat shipping fee of $8 is charged.
Do you deliver internationally ?Not at the moment. We only deliver within Singapore, excluding the restricted zones mentioned above. 
Can I collect my order instead of getting it delivered ?Make sure to opt for ‘Pick Up in Store’. You will be notified once your order has arrived and is ready for collection at your convenience. Kindly present your order number to the staff for order retrieval.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Return & Exchange Policy

What is your Return & Exchange Policy ?

All items purchased from www.porscheshop.sg can be returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached in their original packaging, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions.

Purchase of sale items and gift cards (electronic or physical) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I return/exchange an item purchased using a promo code ?Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions.

I received a defective item from my online purchase and/or retail store, how do I request for an exchange ?

Please leave us a message here with the details of your return request:

If you would like to make a return for multiple orders, please provide us with the required details for each order number.

Kindly give us 5 work days to look into your return request. We will reach out via email to arrange for our delivery partner to pick up the returns from your delivery address stated in your order confirmation. If there is a change of pick up address, please let us know. For defective items, we will request for clear pictures to be provided.

Pack the item(s) in the mailer box provided with your previous order and seal the box securely. If you did not retain the mailer box, kindly pack the items securely. We will not be responsible if any items are missing or damaged along their transporation.

You will be notified of the acceptance of the returned item(s) once we have received the item(s) and have checked that they meet all return requirements.

Refund

How is refund made for my order ?

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a refund notification via email.

Refund is made to the same payment method when you made your order. However, the time taken for the refund to arrive in your bank or credit card account may vary and depends upon the speed of your bank's processing procedures. We recommend that you contact your bank or financial institution for more precise information.

Payment

What payment types are accepted ?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Should you wish to make payment via other modes, kindly drop us a message here and we will be happy to assist.

I cannot proceed to pay for my order, what do I do ?

Verify that your payment method details are correct. If you're paying by credit or debit card and you're asked to enter a one-time password, SMS code, or use another authentication method to authorise payment, make sure you've followed all of the the instructions given by the establishment which provided you with your bank card.

If the problem persists, we suggest you contact your card issuer and, in the meantime, use another means of payment. 

Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered ?Prices may change at any time, but shall not affect the orders for which we have sent an order confirmation.
Do the prices include GST ?The prices on the website include goods and services tax (GST), but exclude delivery charges, which are added to the total price at the checkout page.

Promotional Codes

How can I use my promotional code ? 

Find the item(s) you’d like to purchase and add them to your cart. Once you’re done browsing and ready to make your purchase, proceed to the checkout page to enjoy your discount.

Simply copy the code that is presented to you and paste it into the “Promo Code” field at the checkout. 

If you’re on a mobile device, the 'Promo Code' field is present on the checkout form.

Your discount will be applied and you can continue to enter payment and shipping details to pay for your items. 

Why am I unable to use my promotional code ?

There are several reasons why your promo code might not be working:

1. The code you are using might have expired.
2. You might be applying the code to certain items that do not accept promo codes, like sale items or gift cards.
3. You have already used this same code when shopping before at Porsche Shop.
4. You have not met the minimum spend when carting out.
5. The promo code is not correctly applied. Promo codes should be applied at the 'Promo Code' field at checkout

I placed my order but forgot to use my discount code, what should I do ?

Promo codes cannot be applied to an order that has already been made.

Refunds will not be provided if the code was not applied. You can always save it for your next purchase, as long as you fulfill the terms and conditions of the promo code. 

Gift Cards

How to purchase a gift card ?

An e-gift card is available for purchase online. Pick a denomination for purchase and you are able to send it to your recipient of choice via email.

Gift cards are in Singapore Dollars and can only be used on www.porscheshop.sg.

What are the gift cards terms of use ?The terms and conditions of gift cards are as follows:
1. Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of delivery
2. Gift cards are redeemable on merchandise available at www.porscheshop.sg
3. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded after purchase
4. Gift cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed
5. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-extensible, and non-exchangeable for cash
6. Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold to review any gift cards for suspected fraud, mistaken issuance in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of gift card policies
How do I use my gift card ?Apply the gift card code found in your email upon checkout. Make sure the value has been deducted from your final amount before completing your purchase. If there is any balance in the card, the balance amount will be reflected at the check out page. 
Can I return my order if I used a gift card ?Orders paid with a gift card can be returned, unless the specific items, such as sales items, are non-returnable.

How can I find what I am looking for ?

Use the search bar at the top right corner to find the product(s) you want based on the item name, or SKU number found in the product description.

Where can I find the Size Guide ?To help you find your best fit, use the Size Guide attached at every product page. If you are still unsure about the sizing, kindly drop us a message here and we will be happy to assist.
Where can I find the Product Care Guide ?To help you care for your products, there are recommendations on how to best care for your product at every product page. On top of that, you will find all care information attached to your textiles in the form of a wash care label in the inner seam. 
A product I want is out of stock, when will it be back in stock ?We do everything we can to make products available again quickly, but it may happen that your desired product is no longer available. If you wish to get your hands on a particular item(s), you can drop us a message here.

Account

Do I need an account to shop ?

You may complete your purchase either as a guest or a registered customer.

By registering your account, you will be able to speed up the purchase process.

Your order information will always be available to you through the link your account if you are a registered client or through the link we send you in your confirmation email if you are a guest customer.

Where can I find my order history ?Go to 'My Account' and click on 'My Orders'.
How do I change my contact information, personal information, payment information or password ?Go to 'My Account' and click on the appropriate section to modify your personnal details.
I am unable to log in to my account, what do I do ?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the link 'Forgot your password?' located on the login page, then follow the instructions to change your password.

If you are still unable to log in to your account, kindly drop us a message here and we will be happy to assist.

How can I close my account with Porsche ?

We'd like to inform you that closing an account means we'll lose all records of your purchases. If you've placed an order recently, we strongly suggest keeping your account open until the return time frame has expired, just in case you change your mind about your purchase.

Once you're absolutely sure about closing your account with us, drop us a request here and we'll see to that right away.

Store Exchange and Refund Policy

What is the retail stores' exchange and refund policy ?

All items purchased from our retail formats can be returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached in their original packaging, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions.

Purchase of sale items and gift cards (electronic or physical) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I return my retail purchase for Store Credit ?

We currently do not have Store Credits set up. We are working on this to optimise the shopping experience. 

For returns of retail purchases, refer to the section on Returns and Exchanges above.

Product Availability 

Are all your online products available at the store ?

We curate the products in our retail formats, which means each retail format may carry different merchandise. If you are unable to find the item(s) at our retail formats, kindly head over to www.porscheshop.sg to view the extensive catalog.
